Do you work with beginners?

I do work with beginners on an individual basis. This is an in-person only offer. Unfortunately, for online training, you need to be an intermediate to advanced level trainee with experience in the gym and some knowledge around nutrition to get the most out of my program.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No, we offer flexible training and nutrition plans with no long-term contracts. You can choose a month-to-month plan or a longer-term option based on your goals. Cancel anytime.

How do I know your program will work for me?

If you're willing to give 100% of your effort to the goals you have, I can guarantee you'll have 100% of my attention and I will do everything in my power to help you succeed. However, I am not a magician, so if you're not ready to work hard and be consistent, I'm afraid no training and nutrition program will provide the results you're looking for.

Do you offer virtual coaching?

Yes! Whether you're local to me, or live in some other part of the world, we can work together to accomplish all of your health and fitness goals.
